Most of my experience in project management comes from working on various TV and photo productions across Austria and other European countries. Projects incuded working with Time Will Tell Films, MR Film, NPeal, Vivo, Payuca, Albertina and many more.
TV/Photo production is all about making sure everything runs smoothly from pre-production to post-production. It requires extensive planning—such as scouting locations, casting, scheduling, budgeting, and logistics—along with strong coordination between departments, time management, and communication skills.
Production is fast-paced and quick problem-solving is often necessary. Having a clear overview of everything is just as important as attention to detail. I surely learned a lot during these years, developing strong organizational and people skills, which I now apply when organizing cultural events.
