Mindscape Odyssee - an immersive expedition through utopia and dystopia was the first major joint project with Ute Zaunbauer under the Tauchsieder association.
In autumn 2024 160m2 of the Semmelweisklinik's basement were transformed into a walk-in art experience by an interdisciplinary team of 20 artists. A surreal world that revolved around the concepts of dystopia and utopia. The focus was not on the presentation of individual works of art and artists, but on the creation of a coherent world that aimed to take the audience out of their everyday lives, to amaze them, to break with the idea of what is possible and what is not and to inspire reflection and dreaming.
Thanks to the interdisciplinary format with performative interventions and participatory elements, the ‘Mindscape Odyssey’ series differes from conventional exhibitions in the way that interaction and active involvement in the events is expressly desired.
